Description of item for sale. This set of six Gothic Revival chairs is from France and dates to the late 1800's or very early 1900's. The oak frames are solid and strong. There are several minor repairs to the frames including re-gluing of the stretchers in several places. The frames show many minor chips and scratches as would be expected for their age.

The embossed leather appears to be original although the covers on the chair backs and the underside of the seats is newer. The leather shows no major tears or splits although it obviously needs restoration (leather in this condition is quite restorable). Dimensions for each : 42" tall, 19.5" high to the seat, 18" wide and 20" deep. Get images that make Supersized seem small.
