This Neo Gothic style barometer is from France and it dates to the late 1800`s. This is a genuine old one with exceptionally fine carving. The case is made from solid walnut and oak and finished to a warm dark color. The barometer appears to be working well and shows very little damage. Note that there are woodworm holes throughout the piece (see photos).
