This 8 foot tall antique Gothic revival statue/niche is from France and dates to the late 1800's. The exterior is made from solid oak and fir wood and finished to a dark oak color. This piece appears to be unfinished on the sides and was more than likely inserted in a wall.

Note that there are some paint splatters on the exterior. The plaster manger scene is in good condition with chips on the interior edges (see photos).

Overall this is in very good antique condition with minor chips, scratches as expected. Dimensions: 99" tall, 27.5" wide and 14 deep (front to back). Description of item for sale.
