Antique French Gothic Hall Tree/Hall Stand/Coat/Hat Rack in Solid Oak withMirror

This impressive, highly carved hall tree is from France and it dates to the late 1800's. This is a genuine old one with all hand carved detail in high relief. Because of its size it will stand out in even a large entry hall. It is made solid oak that is finished to a warm dark color.

The wrought iron hooks are solid and strong. The mirror has been replaced at some point and there are slight imperfections in the silvering. The tin pan at the bottom of the hall tree is removable for easy cleaning.

Note that there are several wood worm holes on the back of the piece and some on the front (see photos). Overall this hall tree is in very good antique condition with no damage of any significance. Dimensions: 90.5" tall, 35" wide and 11.25 deep.
