Wimbledon-Furniture is delighted to offer for sale this stunning custom made Gillows of Lancaster and London gentlemans work station. We cant really call this rare because its a one of a kind commission, made in the Aesthetic movement style circa 1880, this is a drinks cabinet designed as a gentlemans work station and gentleman in question, his work revolved around alcohol. The cupboard has numerous drawers and shelves all of which are fitted out with racks and trays for holding bottles and decanters, just imagine this fully fitted and it would have been the most charismatic piece of furniture you would have ever seen.

Its fully stamped to the drawer Gillows of Lancaster, if your reading this listing then chances are you know who they are, if not a quick google will answer and questions. We have cleaned waxed and polished it from top to bottom, the finish and patina is 100% original, this is a superb find.
