Wimbledon-Furniture is delighted to offer for sale this lovely original fully stamped Army & Navy CSL makers London military campaign chest on stand. A very good looking and well made original British Military campaign piece. Ideally suited as a side table with ample storage to the top and bottom. I have never seen this type of chest on stand before, it seems to have been made for a high ranking officer to keep his medals and valuables in. The drawers are baize lined to protect the contents. The timber has been cleaned waxed and polished from top to bottom, this is an original patina piece meaning it shows its age with charm and character. Height:- 94.5cm, base 81.5cm, top 14cm.
