A LARGE AND UNUSUAL 19TH CENTURY FRENCH BRONZE MOUNTED MANTEL CLOCK decorated with a moon aperture function, the top mounted with a lion holding a shield. 54 cm x 19 cm. The clock case is in excellent condition for age with no damage only minimal wear to the ormolu bronze mounts which are not noticeable looks absolutely beautiful. This clock has the original green glass leaded lantern panels in the side are in excellent condition.

2 silvered Dials , The upper with moonphans apature are immaculate and free from damage and movement is in full working order keeping time and striking the bell as it should and all linked in with the fully working perpetual calendar below. The clock measures 20.5 inches high x 10.5 inches wide x 9 inches deep.
